GliadinX® Selection of Research Publications
The following publications are only a few among many studies demonstrating the efficacy of Tolerase G®(AN-PEP), the main ingredient in GliadinX®. The current opinion among leading researchers is that it is almost impossible to keep acompletely gluten-free diet without gluten contamination. In case of cross-contamination or accidental gluten ingestion, GliadinX® breaks down the inflammatory gluten molecule quickly and efficiently before it can reach the small intestine.
Some studies are in subscription-based journals and only their abstract is available to the public, but the full text of many studies can be found online. Presently, there are several ongoing studies and we will try to update this page as we become aware of the new publications.
