Selection of Research Publications
The following publications are only a few among many studies demonstrating the efficacy of Tolerase G *(AN-PEP), the main ingredient in GliadinX. Some referenced studies make mention of celiac disease, but there is no direct or implied suggestion that GliadinX is indicated for treating or preventing celiac disease, which is a genetic autoimmune disease triggered by the gliadin molecule. The only function of GliadinX is to break down the gliadin molecule in the stomach before it can cause an inflammatory reaction in the small intestine.
Some studies are in subscription-based journals and only their abstract is available to the public, but the full text of many studies can be found online. Presently, there are several ongoing studies and we will try to update this page as we become aware of the new publications.
